Basic privacy policy of "l'Inde avec Mathew"-"India with Mathew"
We recognize that protecting the privacy of our customers and all those involved in our business is our social responsibility. We are committed to the following privacy policies.
1. We assign staff to manage personal information ("Privacy Manager") and specify and properly manage the privacy measures to be taken ("Management System").
2. In the case of a request for personal information, we will identify the purpose for which it is to be used and obtain such information only to the extent necessary for the conduct of business and in a legal and reasonable manner and will only use and/or provide such information within the limits of the stated purposes.
3. We will implement security policies to manage risks related to all personal information processed in our organization, such as unauthorized access, leaks, losses, malicious damage or destruction, and will take organizational, personal, physical and technological measures to prevent risks and take corrective action if a problem occurs.
4. In the case of outsourcing some of our operations to other companies that process personal information, we will request and supervise these contractors to treat the relevant personal information in the same appropriate manner as in our company.
5. We will comply with privacy laws and ordinances, government directives and other social standards, and will strive to continually improve the management system through regular reviews.
6. In the event that a customer requests our company to disclose and/or correct personal information that has been retained by our company and that belongs to that customer, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and ordinances on the protection of personal information, and other social standards. We will respond in good faith to any complaint or request for consultation regarding personal information held by our company.
